FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous-operation vibration mixers to be used in production of construction materials and construction for fabrication of polydisperse multicomponent materials. Said mixer comprises mixing chamber with material loading and discharge openings, vaned rotor, rotor drive, encased vibrator rigidly secured at mixing chamber center and equipped with vibration exciter composed of crank gear. Vibrator case is composed of metallic corrugated shell. Said shell is composed of thin-wall corrugated solid of revolution that forms truncated ellipse in vertical plane section over crimp peaks points. It allows generating opposite direction oscillations. Disk with guide post is secured inside shell, at the center of horizontal plane, to make the rod translate driven by pair composed of mixing chamber bottom drive post and crank gear con-rod, and cylindrical ledge to fitted and secured over spring ID, spring being arranged inside the barrel to contract/release therein. Rod is rigidly secured to barrel top inner part while pusher is secured to barrel top outer part and rigidly secured by opposite end to corrugated shell inner top part to excite vibrations of vibrator case upper part. Four ledges are symmetrically secured over barrel outer cylindrical surface to transmit reciprocation to the disk. Said disk uniformly distribute vibration field from the case top to bottom by creation of uniform amplitude displacements of every point of corrugated shell pouter generatrix during spring contraction to thrust against rubber damping gaskets.

EFFECT: ruled out dead zones in mixing chamber, intensified mixing of components.
