FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous-operation vibration mixers to be used in production of construction materials and construction for fabrication of polydisperse multicomponent materials. Said mixer comprises mixing chamber with material loading and discharge openings, vaned rotor and rotary drive. Vibrators are rigidly secured at the center of mixing chamber top and bottom parts. Cases of vibrators are composed of metallic corrugated shells that form truncated circles in vertical plane section over crimp peaks points to generate different-direction oscillations. Bottom vibrator is engaged with two crank gears and has the disc arranged therein and provide with ledge furnished with the spring fitted in barrel. Said barrel is engaged with con-rod and pusher. Said disk is connected by four pushers with lower crank gear con-rod. Top vibrator has the disk with spring fitted in barrel engaged with pusher and top vibrator con-rod.
EFFECT: intensified mixing.
