FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous-operation vibration mixers to be used in production of construction materials and construction for fabrication of polydisperse multicomponent materials. Said mixer comprises mixing chamber with material loading and discharge openings, vaned rotor and rotary drive. Vibrators are rigidly secured at the center of mixing chamber top and bottom parts. Cases of vibrators are composed of metallic corrugated shells that form truncated ellipses in vertical plane section over crimp peaks points. Disks with the spring engaged with crank gear are rigidly secured at said cases. Spring is fastened between said cases.
EFFECT: ruled out "dead" zones in mixing chamber.
