FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed machine comprises bed to accommodate motor with abrasive disk and carriage with rotary yoke to support self-centering drill holder to grind drills of left and right rotation and drill major cutting edge angular position control device. Machine incorporates a shutter to allow machine adjustment with abrasive disk motor cut in. Note here that two guides are arranged at said bed. One serves to support said motor with abrasive disk articulated with actuator intended for shaping the drill transverse edge angle. Another one supports carriage with rotary yoke displacing along machine axis to exploit grinding disk bottom sector in grinding unlimited length drills and self-centering clamp holder for controlled shift relative to rotary yoke rotational axis and rotation driven by step motor by preset program complied with actuator operation. Note here that major butting edge angular position control device is composed of angle metre with vernier.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and simplified design.
