FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device for processing contaminated water in electrolyser. Device for contaminated water processing has electrocoagulation reactor (26) and precipitation tank for reception of flow, which leaves reactor. Reactor has reaction reservoir (48), which has input channel (58) and output channel (62), sacrificial anode (64), rotating cathode (68) and non-sacrificial anode (66). First clearance (70) between sacrificial anode and cathode constitutes first zone of water processing. Second clearance (74) between cathode and non-sacrificial anode constitutes second zone of water processing. Route of water flowing passes from input channel to first zone of processing, to second zone of processing, and then to output channel. In precipitation tank flow, discharged from reactor, is separated into purified water and contaminated sludge.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of water purification.
