SUBSTANCE: polyvinyl chloride composition is meant for making profiled-moulded structural articles used for external finishing of buildings and structures, primarily siding. The method of producing a polyvinyl chloride extrusion composition involves preliminary mixing in a separate vessel a basic heat stabiliser of tribasic lead sulphate with an additional heat stabiliser. Suspended polyvinyl chloride, filler, a mixture of the basic heat stabiliser and the additional heat stabiliser and target additives are successively fed into a first mixer heated to 110-125 °C, and stirred until reaching temperature of 115-125°C. The obtained mixture is transferred into a water-cooled mixer and mixing is continued until reaching temperature of 40-45°C.

EFFECT: method increases heat stability of the obtained composition.
