FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining. The invention relates to a method of refining bituminous oil, which is fed into a fractionation column and comes into contact with hot gases from a fluidised bed reactor. The bituminous oil and hot gases are fractionated into separate products, including at least tar, an unstable naphtha fraction and a refined liquid product. The tar is fed into a reactor to obtain a vapour phase of a liquid product, the reactor containing solid particles moving through the reactor and a liquefying gas which fluidises the solid particles at a conversion temperature which is sufficient for chemical conversion of at least a certain portion of the tar into a vapour phase of the liquid product. Hot gases containing the vapour phase of the liquid product and the liquefying gas are fed from the reactor into the fractionation column in order to come into contact with a stream of bituminous oil. The separate unstable naphtha fraction is burnt in an amount which is sufficient for the liquid product and the residue of unstable fractions to meet pipeline specifications without treating the residue of unstable fractions with hydrogen.
EFFECT: improved refinement of bituminous oil extracted from an oil reservoir without treatment with hydrogen.
