SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for upgrading a partially converted vacuum residue and a hydrocarbon upgrading unit for a partially converted vacuum residue. Method for upgrading a partially converted vacuum residue is disclosed, comprising: partially evaporating the vacuum residue, using a non-reactive stripping medium, generating the first distillate and the first residue; solvent deasphalting of the first residue with generation of deasphalted oil and asphaltene fraction; vacuum fractionation of deasphalted oil with extraction of deasphalted gas oil distillate and heavy deasphalted residue; contacting the first distillate and deasphalted gas oil distillate and hydrogen in the presence of a first hydrocracking catalyst to produce a first hydrocracking effluent stream; contacting a heavy deasphalted residue and hydrogen in the presence of a second hydroconversion catalyst to produce a second hydrocracking effluent stream; and fractionating the second hydrocracking effluent to recover the hydrocracked atmospheric residue and the hydrocracked atmospheric distillate. System for upgrading hydrocarbons of a partially converted vacuum residue includes: mass transfer device for stripping the hydrocarbon stream of the partially converted residue to the first distillate stream and the first residue stream; solvent deasphalting unit for extracting the deasphalted oil stream and the asphaltene stream from the first residue stream; vacuum fractionation plant for fractionating the deasphalted oil stream to recover the deasphalted gas oil stream and a heavy deasphalted residue stream; fluidized bed hydroconversion reactor system for contacting a heavy deasphalted residue stream and hydrogen with a first hydroconversion catalyst to produce a first effluent stream; separation unit for fractionating the first effluent to recover the hydrocarbon atmospheric distillate stream and the hydrocarbon atmospheric residue stream; fixed bed hydroconversion reactor system for contacting at least one of: first distillate stream, deasphalted gas oil stream and a hydrocarbon atmospheric distillate stream to produce a second effluent stream. Method for upgrading a partially converted vacuum residue comprises: stripping with a mass transfer device a partially converted vacuum residue with the generation of a first distillate and a first residue; deasphalting with the deasphalting unit of the first residue with the generation of deasphalted oil and the fraction of asphaltenes; fractionating by the vacuum fractionation unit of deasphalted oil with recovery of deasphalted gas oil distillate and heavy deasphalted residue; contacting the first distillate and deasphalted gas oil distillate and hydrogen in the presence of a first hydrocracking catalyst in a fluidized bed hydroconversion reactor to produce a first hydrocracking effluent stream; contacting a heavy deasphalted residue and hydrogen in the presence of a second hydroconversion catalyst in a fixed bed hydroconversion reactor system to produce a second hydrocracking effluent stream; and separating the second hydrocracking effluent from the high pressure/high pressure separation unit to recover the hydrocracked residue and the hydrocracked distillate.
EFFECT: technical result is an improvement in the economics of the methods of hydrocracking of raw materials, the achievement of a high conversion of the vacuum residue.
