FIELD: ferrous metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing low-alloy steel for making building constructions. The proposed steel comprises the following components, wt.-%: carbon, from 0.01 to less 0.05; manganese, 1.30-1.70; silicon, 0.50-0.80; aluminum, 0.021-0.050; chrome, 0.01-0.30; nickel, 0.01-0.30; copper, 0.01-0.30; nitrogen, 0.013-0.026; vanadium, 0.091-0.12; calcium, 0.001-0.006; titanium, 0.001-0.01, and iron, the balance. Invention provides enhancing the strength properties of steel corresponding to the highest class of strength and cold strength.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of steel.
