FIELD: metal industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing hot-rolled coils. Continuous casting of steel into slabs, their heating, controlled rolling and accelerated cooling to coiling temperature, winding into rolls followed by slow cooling in air are carried out. The following is performed: continuous casting of steel containing the following components, by weight. %: 0.04–0.08 of carbon, 0.20–0.40 of silicon, 0.80–1.10 of manganese, 0.60–1.00 of chromium, 0.10–0.30 of nickel, 0.10–0.30 of copper, 0.020–0.050 of aluminum, 0.010–0.030 of titanium, 0.040–0.065 of niobium, not more than 0.003 of sulfur, not more than 0.013 of phosphorus, not more than 0.006 of calcium, and the rest is iron. The temperature at the end of finishing rolling is set to at least 870°C, and the winding temperature is chosen in the range of 560–660°C.
EFFECT: forming a structural state of steel ensuring its cold resistance and high resistance to corrosion-mechanical destruction.
