SUBSTANCE: procedure for water shutoff treatment in well includes pumping suspension of water-swellable polymer into shut-off formation. suspension of water-swellable polymer is pumped in three cycles; during the first cycle water-sellable polymer V 50 E is pumped with water of calcium-chloride type with salinity of 120 g/l; during the second cycle water-swellable polymer V 105 is pumped with water of chloride-calcium type with salinity of 60 g/l; during the third cycle water-swellable polymer V 210 is pumped with fresh water.
EFFECT: invention allows improvement of efficiency of water shutoff treatment and increase of overhaul period for the well.
