FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method includes identification of stages and substages and arrangement of a deep pit at differentiated angles of a slope, a board in accordance with reducing natural and anthropogenic damage of massif rocks with depth to arrangement of vertical ledges and sections of the board in deep zones. The stripping thickness of rocks is separated in the transverse cut in hanging and lying sides of the deposit for inclined and steeply inclined layers with capacity corresponding to substages and stages of the developed deposit. When the pit is operated at the first stage, the ore body is stripped with mill holes so that the ore transportation arm makes the minimum value. The milling link is installed near the mouth of mill holes. And also mill holes and inclined mines are tunnelled with a conveyor for ore delivery to a factory or a reloading point. Mill holes are tunnelled by drilling and required inclination of a mill hole shaft with (for instance, 65-70°). The optimal weighted average ore (rock) piece is provided with the help of a drilling device and thorough cutting of the mill hole with required parameters. To eliminate critical compaction of ore mass, as pieces collide with the "cushion", adjacency of the hopper to the mill hole is arranged at the angle for collection of bulk material in the hopper in the loose condition. Freezing of the ore mass or formation of anthropogenic mud flow due to water saturation is excluded with its continuous transportation and discharge from a manhole device to a feeder and a conveyor or directly into rail cars during liquidation of random vault formation from large ore (rock) pieces. Besides, the feeder and the conveyor are arranged in the upper part of the mine, and cars - in the lower part, and operations are continued as mining works and mill hole cutting gets deeper with movement of the drilling complexes to lower horizons with the minimum arm of ore (rock) haulage. When operating in other zones (along ore trend) or its completion, for these purposes other mill holes are arranged so that the achieved arm of ore haulage compensated costs for their arrangement.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of ore transportation from deep pits.
