FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: fastening element is proposed, made with a snap-on leg pushed through a hole in a panel, besides, the specified snap-on leg has a flat stiff core stretched along the axial direction, and at least one bent elastic ledge having an inner longitudinal edge, which borders with the core and is separated from the free outer longitudinal edge of the ledge with a wall having a concave inner surface. On the concave inner surface there is a stiffening rib. The specified rib adjoins the outer longitudinal edge of the ledge in two points spaced along the line stretching practically along the specified axial direction.
EFFECT: availability of such stiffening rib provides for ease of installation of a fastening element and complicates removal of a fastening element from a panel.
