SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises hole for connection with brake drive, clutch, adjustment assy and drive gear assy. Clutch worm gear engages with work shaft via teeth. Worm shaft is supported by heavily-loaded contraction spring set to definite load. Adjustment lever assy comprises adjustment lever with retainer an adjustment gear integrated therewith. Drive gear assy interacts with gear wheel and comprises one-way retainer with multistart worm screw to engage with worm gear. Note here that in case ratio between turn for engagement with retainer and worm gear makes Z:1, angle between adjacent teeth of the retainer makes X, angle between worm shaft tooth and worm gear tooth makes Y, then X-to-Z ratio is smaller than Y where Z, X, Y are numbers.
EFFECT: longer life.
