SECTIONAL HEATING BOILER FROM CAST IRON OR ALUMINIUM Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F24H1/32 

FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: sectional heating boiler is proposed from cast iron or aluminium, comprising ring sections, such as the front section in the form of a cover, the rear section and at least one middle section, which form a furnace chamber with covering gas flues for passage of highly heated smoke gases, and ring water cavities of sections are connected to each other by holes in lugs and have a lower connection for a reverse line and an upper connection for a supply line, and also at least two coupling rods that fix to each other the sections into a single unit. The gas flues for passage of highly heated smoke gases between every two adjacent sections are represented by circular slots, every of which stretches, starting from the furnace chamber, approximately radially to the outside, and ends in the header of exhaust gases at the radially outer side of the sections.

EFFECT: optimisation of a sectional heating boiler first of all in respect to making it compact and increasing its operational reliability.
