FIELD: pisciculture. SUBSTANCE: the method refers to fish breeding in internal basins and reproduction of fish reserves. Roe insemination should be carried out by small batches obtained from several females, as for males their quantity is two-fold higher to apply their sperm for insemination mixture. For incubating industrial volume of impregnated roe one should unite those small roe batches from different females for insemination of which portions of one and the same spermatic mixture were taken. Thus, total number of females participated in reproduction process is two-fold higher against that of males taken for insemination. The innovation enables to decrease quantity of males during exploitation of maternal fish stock at keeping optimal heterogeneity of industrial offspring.
