FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of chemical-resistant, low-flammable filled epoxy-rubber compositions which can be used to repair and reconstruct building structures. The polymer composition contains the following components in wt %: 29.00-32.70 epoxy-diane resin, 2.49-3.70 amine curing agent, 9.80-14.32 mixture of butadiene-nitrile rubber and trichlorodiphenyl, taken in ratio of 1:1, 37.38-47.62 mineral filler, 1.82-3.24 antimony trioxide, 5.15-9.74 halogen-containing flame retardant, 0.87-2.18 mixed iron oxide pigment. The halogen-containing flame retardant used is a 30-60% solution of a product of bromating 1,1-dichloro-2,2-bis(4-chlorophenyl)ethylene, containing 50.44% bromine, 22.38% chlorine, 26.54% carbon and 0.64% hydrogen, in N,N-dimethyl-2,4,6-tribromoaniline. Iron oxide pigment, which is modified with non-equilibrium low-temperature plasma in a plasma-chemical reactor, is used in the composition.
EFFECT: invention increases strength of low-flammable polymer epoxy-rubber compositions.
