MULTILAYER SELF-ADHESIVE MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC C09J163/00 C08G59/20 C08L27/02 C08L63/00

Abstract RU 2628786 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: sheets in the multilayer package are glued together with an epoxy adhesive composition. The multilayered material is intended as a gasket to compensate for the gaps that arise between individual elements in the process of making structures of complex configuration and can be used in the aircraft industry, machine engineering and other fields of engineering. The epoxy adhesive composition comprises an epoxy-diane resin, polyoxypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether or polyoxypropylene glycol triglycidyl ether, liquid butadiene-nitrile carboxylate rubber, isomethyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride, tris-2,4,6- (dimethylaminomethyl) phenol or bis-(N,N'-dimethylcarbamide)-diphenylmethane and an organic solvent, for example ethyl acetate or acetic acid butyl ether or acetone. The multilayer material is a stack of sheets of aluminium foil or a thin aluminium sheet and aluminium foil sheets that are glued together by an epoxy adhesive means of the said composition. The adhesive composition in the multilayer material glues individual sheets with strength, that, on the one hand, can prevent spontaneous stratification of the packet; and on the other hand, this strength is less than the peeling force when separating excess layers from the package in order to achieve the required thickness of the multilayer compensation pad.

EFFECT: achieving of the strength of adhesive joints, which prevents spontaneous stratification of the package, and on the other hand, provides separation of excess sheets from the package by hand.
