FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: vertical stairs comprise a frame made of vertical stands and crosspieces connecting adjacent vertical stands to each other, steps, each being movably joined on the frame as capable of rotation relative to the horizontal axis, and facilities of steps fixation in the horizontal position. The frame comprises more than two vertical stands and is made as volumetrical steps are fixed on the frame into two vertical rows as capable of fixation of steps in the horizontal position inside the frame volume. Steps of one vertical row are displaced relative to steps of another vertical row along the height of the frame.
EFFECT: increased convenience and safety of stairs usage.
