SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite ladders with a built-in fall protection device during ascent and descent and can be used when working at height both by means of composite ladders with a rigid anchor line, and in vertical rigid anchor lines with a fall protection device, attached to any support. The effect is achieved by the fact that the composite ladder with a device for preventing falls from a height contains a base and upper sections, consisting of bowstrings connected by steps, and from attachment points located in the upper part of the bowstrings and means of connection with the next section of the stairs, while the fall prevention device with the height is made in the form of a rigid anchor line fixed along one of the bowstrings, formed by a T-shaped profile, and a slider mounted on a T-shaped profile with the possibility of movement, and in the body of the slider, a brake lever is pivotally fixed, connected with the shock absorber, while the body of the slider is equipped with at least one spring-loaded pressure ball designed to interact with the T-shaped profile of the rigid anchor line, the body of the slider is also equipped with a spring-loaded locking rod, and on the front surface of the T-shaped profile of the rigid anchor line, at least one groove is made, designed to interact with the said spring-loaded locking rod, and the technical result is achieved by a fall prevention device for such a ladder.
