FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device includes at least one energy source (1), at least one first accumulating unit (4) and one second accumulating unit (5) for energy accumulation and control unit (6). In compliance with invention, the second accumulating unit (5) is electrically connected to the first accumulating unit (4) so that for electric charge of the first accumulating unit (4) to the latter there supplied is electric energy of the second accumulating unit (5). With that, energy source (1) and accumulating units (4 and 5) are connected to electric consumers (2 and 3) of decentralised and independent device, and electric energy is supplied to high-duty electric consumers (3) made as switching units by means of the first accumulating unit (4), and to low-duty electric consumers (2) made as sensors by means of the second accumulating unit (5); besides, accumulating tank of the second accumulating unit (5) is smaller than accumulating tank of the first accumulating unit (4).
