SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for retrograde intra-operative lavage of large intestine in case of obturative colonic obstruction. Mobilisation of large intestine and resection of its alternated section are performed. Sterile device for intra-operation washing of large intestine is introduced into lumen of proximal end of large intestine. Device represents case, which includes unit of hermetic fixation in intestine lumen, made in form of cone with input and output connecting pipes; conic case of device with through holes contains hermetic canal inside for passing irrigation probe, turning into input connecting pipe, device also contains outlet connecting pipe, connected to sterile reservoir with solution by means of sterile tube; internal diameter of output connecting pipe is two times larger than internal diameter of input connecting pipe. Wall of proximal end of large intestine is hermetically fixed on external surface of device fixation unit by purse string suture. Flexible irrigation probe with cylindrical perforated head for dispersion of sanation solution is introduced into intestine lumen through input connecting part. Second end of probe is connected to apparatus for injection of prepared washing liquid. Sanation is performed by gradual retrograde movement of flexible irrigation probe along large intestine with its simultaneous circular washing with fulfillment mechanical cleaning of intestine from content of intestine for 30-40 minutes. When washing of large intestine lumen is finished, adducent part, fixed on device, is resected, and one-row interintestinal anastomosis is applied.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve maximal sanation effect.
