FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Motorised surgical cutting and fastening instrument contains working organ, shaft, connected with working organ, and handle, connected with shaft. Handle contains electric engine of constant current. Engine is connected with drive circuit for bringing drive circuit into action. To supply electric energy to engine a set of power sources of constant current are connected successively. Handle contains selector switch of power sources for connection, when it is in first position, all power sources of constant current with engine, and, when it is in second position, subgroup of power sources of constant current with engine. Instrument contains means for activation of HF electrode in working organ and means for indication of HF electrode activation.
EFFECT: simplification of instrument operation work.
