SUBSTANCE: cutting and suturing surgical instrument includes an end clamp with a housing and to hold staples, and a slide with a curved surface to extract staples. The instrument includes a main drive shaft to push the slide through the housing to extract the staples. The motor is operably linked to a powered shaft. The motor has a sensor to measure the load when actuated and a sensor to determining the motor power. The tool further includes a remote control panel for remote motor control. The control panel contains means for manual control.
EFFECT: instrument further comprises means for provision of a proportional feedback of sensors with manual control.
