FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: system includes a protective coating applied to a protective cover of the hull in sections of action of ice in sea water and a cathode protection against corrosion; with that, protective coating is applied in the form of an erosion-resistant cladding layer from stainless steel, and anodes of the cathode protection are installed on underwater surface of external cover of the housing; besides, erosion-resistant cladding layer is made from stainless steel with carbon content within 0.01-0.04 wt %, and in addition, alloyed with titanium or niobium in the quantity of 0.05-0.50 wt %.
EFFECT: reduction of intercrystalline corrosion of a protective coating of hulls of sea vessels and facilities.
