FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves supply of working agent to formation of an oil deposit through injection wells and oil flow rate from formation to production well. According to the invention, variation change of working agent level is pre-set in a tubing string, working agent is supplied to the tubing string, back and forth movement of a plunger is provided in a borehole pump cylinder, oil is introduced from production well to the borehole pump cylinder through a suction valve at increase of volume of a suction-and-force cavity of borehole pump, working agent is supplied from the tubing string to the borehole pump cylinder at increase of volume of the suction-and-force cavity of the borehole pump, oil and working agent concentrated in the suction-and-force cavity of the borehole pump is displaced with the plunger through a delivery valve to an oil line. Working agent level is controlled in the tubing string and change of the controlled level is provided within the specified range by supplying the working agent to the tubing string.

EFFECT: owing to reducing (up to full exclusion) of cases of plunger jamming in the borehole pump cylinder and break of a string of rods, considerable reduction of wear and tear of plunger and cylinder of the borehole pump.
