FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for oil production by installing a sucker rod pump under conditions complicated by the presence of mechanical impurities in the produced product. A downhole pumping unit with a cleanable filter, consisting of a rod pump, a casing and a slot filter, with the rod pump driven by a drive through a string of sucker rods, contains a cylinder, a suction valve, a plunger, and a discharge valve. In the upper part, on the outer surface of the rod pump cylinder, a casing is hermetically sealed, concentrically installed; below the casing fastening in the cylinder, two holes are made to ensure that the outer surface of the slot filter is flushed with a stream of purified liquid supplied by the pump unit; the plunger of the rod pump is made with a length that ensures that the holes are blocked in cylinder during operation of the unit. The casing opposite the slot filter is equipped with screw edges, rigidly connected to the inner side wall of the casing, providing an increase in speed and the creation of a vortex direction to the flow of liquid washed by the filter.

EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability of operation of a downhole pumping unit with a cleanable filter by ensuring the outer surface of the filter is washed with a stream of purified liquid, increased the speed and creation of a vortex direction to the flow of the liquid washed by the filter, as well as extended service life of the unit.
