FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: according to the method, side cutouts (4) (SC) are preliminarily made on end faces of radiator (1) (R). Then, on R (1) there fixed is printed-circuit board (2) (PCB) with radioelectronic elements (5) and electric inputs (7), which are mounted on it. After that, on radiator (1) there installed is light-passing part (3), and then, bases (6) are installed on both sides of the lamp housing. With that, electric inputs (7) of printed-circuit board (2) are partially inserted into outputs (8) of bases (6); then, bases (6) are brought to the lamp face, and bases (6) are turned through the specified angle. As per the first version, light-emitting-diode lamp includes radiator (1), printed-circuit board (2), light-passing part (3) and bases (6) arranged on both faces of the lamp. Radiator surface intended for attachment of PCB (2) is flat and plain, and side cutouts (4) are made on radiator (1) faces. As per the second version, light-emitting-diode lamp differs by the fact that radiator is made in the form of a thin-wall tube; besides, side cutouts are made on faces of flat part of the radiator.
EFFECT: providing reduction of labour intensity of the method with simultaneous improvement of heat removal from LEDs and providing isolation of electric lamp inputs from the radiator.
