FIELD: lighting engineering, design of lighting fixture for medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: in given light-emitting diode lamp light-emitting diode and its electric lead to plane of attachment of semiconductor radiating element are positioned inside base. Electrical coupling of one electrical lead of light-emitting diode to electrode of lamp is realized along internal metal surface of base. Free internal space of base is filled with heat-conducting base mastic.
EFFECT: diminished overall dimensions of semiconductor lamps with simultaneous reduction of labor input and raised resistance to outside effects.
