SUBSTANCE: proposed unit comprises pedestal body with pin with support elements fitted thereon, upper mount and driven horizontal aiming mechanism. Upper mount is equipped with pressure device arranged at the pin horizontal island. Cavity between tube and pin is filled with grease and stopped by cover rigidly secured at tube flange. Cover center has a bore for said pin to pass there through. Said bore is closed by pressure bush with sealing elements while tube flange lower part has radial groove with holes and screws. Holes are made ad flange side surface, two of which accommodating fire angle limiters. Marching position retainer is secured to boss arranged at inclined lever lower part to interact with tube holes.
