SUBSTANCE: laced footwear contains a top, left and right sides of the top, a puller, a laced part, a device enabling tying up the lace and press a foot and configured as elastic pads along a top edge and equally spaced from the edges of the parts. Bottoms of the pads are connected by a cord; there is a fastened on the right pad. The lace is rigidly connected to the left pads and ends in a knob with a handle.
