SUBSTANCE: stringed fastener includes eyelets, hooks and a fixture on the article to be tied up, a string having a low friction factor, passed through the eyelets and hooks and equipped with an element restraining movement through the eyelet at one end and swelling and detachably connected to the handle - at the other. The fixture is composed of the lower and the upper parts that are capable to change their interrelation with the help of thread, the upper part equipped with spring-loaded rim along the perimeter.

EFFECT: ensuring the required tightening of footwear on the foot by means of a single string handled with one hand within a few seconds, the unfastening time being even shorter.
