SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a unit (1000) of controlling the power supply to the device (100) of heat treatment, for example, in the coffee machine. The unit (1000) of controlling comprises a controller (2) with a starting profile to start the device (100) of heat treatment from the temperature in the idle state (TI) to the operating temperature to adjust for the liquid, passing through this device (100) of heat treatment at the end of start, to the preset temperature (TT). It is made with the ability to provide the liquid flow through the device (100) of heat treatment at the end of start, comparing the measured temperature (SOT) of the liquid which flows at the end of start, to the preset temperature (TT) and obtaining the difference of these temperatures. According to the invention, the starting profile has at least one parameter, and the controller (2) has a self-learning mode to adjust this parameter depending on the said temperature difference and maintaining the adjusted parameter for subsequent start of the device (100) of heat treatment.
