FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. In realisation of the method analogous electric signals of biopotentials read from abdomen skin surface are formed by means of N electrocardiographic electrodes, filtered, amplified, transferred into digital signal carrying clinically significant information on examination results, and stored in the format of fetal monitor producer. Diagnostics is performed in the remote way in real time mode with application of mobile connection unit, server and unit of processing medical consultant's information. Authorisation of mobile connection unit and fetal monitor is carried out. Signal, used during the entire session by fetal monitor to transmit signals into mobile connection unit, where they are converted into signal with required formal of processing of data of mobile connection unit, which is later stored in separate parallel way, is formed. In the first part, it is carried out continuously during for the entire examination session, and in the second, in form of packets for preliminarily specified time interval ΔTST. Simultaneously transformed is signal, corresponding to each packet, in the first channel into the signal with graphic format of data transmisttion, which is supplied onto display of mobile connection unit. In the second canal signal is encoded and transmitted to server, where each packet is decoded, transferred into graphic format, stored and supplied on display of processing of medical consultant's information. Auxiliary indices are calculated and respective signals are compared with preliminarily introduced standard signals. After that, they are stored, transformed into test format and supplied on display of mobile connection unit. Then, formed is signal of enquiry to fetal monitor, by which formed is signal, containing a set of parameters measured for the entire examination session, which is re-supplied to memory unit of mobile connection unit, stored and supplied to server via encoder and connection line, where it is decoded, format of processing server data is transformed and values of auxiliary indices are calculated. Respective signals are also compared with preliminarily introduced standard signals and stored. When signal of enquiry from authorized unit of processing of medical consultant's information is received, signals, containing both results of analysis of main parameters and calculated values of auxiliary indices are decoded and supplied respectively in graphic and text formats on display and/or printer. Results of the examonation are used to form response, and respective signal is transmitted to patient. Device for the method realisation contains server, M units of mobile connection and Z units of processing of medical consultant's information, which contain N electrocardiographic electrodes, unit of frequency filters, analogous amplifier, analogous-digital converter, calculators, memory units with software, decoders, encoders, modems, comparator units, unit of transformation of data transmission formats, displays, sensor of body position in space and time sensor.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to extend functional possibilities of the device and ensure remote diagnostics of fetus and mother in antenatal period of pregnancy, both in real time mode and in retrospection after finishing the examination.
