Such presentation provides possibility to extend set of tools for analysis and/or synthesis of signal characteristics and/or state and/or characteristics of information sources using visual, graphical and statistical analysis tools. Goal of invention is achieved by raster encoding and/or decoding units and assemblies, which convert data into graphical files of raster data and back and are introduced into encoding and/or decoding systems, information transmission systems using channel compression and telecommunication networks.
