FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for recovering active flexion in ulnar joint in children with flaccid paralysis of upper extremity. Cutting out and transposition of external part of triceps muscle tendon with excision of tendon from ulnar process and further dislocation of tendon above own shoulder fascia above brachioradialis muscle with sewing to tendon part of biceps muscle, excised from muscular part, are carried out.
EFFECT: method ensures recovery of ulnar joint function and prevention of formation of flexion contracture in it.
