FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: what is declared is an absorbent product with improved stretching ability. The absorbent product comprises an external coating containing an elastic material, a lining facing the body, an absorbent structure between the external coating and lining. The external coating forms six longitudinally equally spaced areas: a front waist area, a front leg area, a front wedge shaped piece, a back wedge shaped piece, a back leg area and a back waist area. The external coating is presented so that the front leg area has a tension less than approximately 1200 g/s of a transverse tension approximately from 160% to 175%, and each front waist area, front wedge shaped piece, back wedge shaped piece, back leg area and back waist area of the external coating has a tension more than approximately 1500 g/s at approximately from 160% to 175% of a transverse tension. What is also declared is a method for making the above absorbent product.
EFFECT: what is provided is fitting the absorbent product better ensured by lower tension in the front leg area of the absorbent product.
