FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to device for sheet material hardening in processing. Said device comprises casing with "П"-like gage fitted therein, annular sector insert coupled with roll pass and secured in the pad, insert contact surface being arranged offset with respect to roll contact surface to making billet intake working channel fixed wall. Note here that said device can translate and comprises intake female die with circular channel. Besides, intake female die has a lengthwise cutout along generating line for butt welding of coiled hardened sheet. Note that cylindrical revolving insert with outer surface inner wall in female die makes a circular channel.
EFFECT: possibility to machine large-size sheets and to make single-joint pipes.
