SUBSTANCE: container comprises a bag-shaped outer casing of a flexible material, which opening is made with the ability to accommodate the inner bag in it. At that the casing comprises a peripheral inner sleeve connected to it at a distance from the opening of the container for reliable retention of the edge part of the bag opening by tucking its edge part into the space between the sleeve and the casing and comprises at least one flexible spring located along the edge of the opening of the casing and made with the ability to close the opening of the container in the first position and opening the opening of the container in the second position.
