FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of synthetic rubber, in particular diene (co)polymers, such as polybutadiene, polyisoprene and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), used in production of tyres and industrial rubber articles, in modifying bitumen, in electrical engineering and in other fields. The method of producing branched functionalised diene (co)polymers with more than 60% content of vinyl links through polymerisation of dienes or copolymerisation of dienes and/or with alpha-olefins in a hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of an organolithium initiator, an electron-donor additive, a functionalising agent and a branching agent; the electron-donor additive used is a mixture of a heteroatom-containing compound with alkoxides of alkali and/or alkali-earth metals or reaction products thereof; the branching agent used are the following compounds, added simultaneously or successively, both separately and in different combinations: EHal2R2, 3Hal3R, EHal4 where E and E' are selected from Sn, Ge, Si; Hal=l', Cl, Br, I; R=alkyl C1-C20, or aryl; and C6H6 for which at least two hydrogen atoms are substituted with a group selected from -Hal, -CH=CH2, -C(O)Alk; the functionalising agent is a compound selected from N,N-disubstituted aminoalkyl acrylamide and N,N-disubstituted aminoalkyl methacrylamide, N,N-disubstituted aminoaromatic compound.
EFFECT: obtaining branched functionalised diene (co)polymers characterised by statistical distribution of monomer links, high content of vinyl links (1,2-butadiene and/or 3,4-isoprene links (more than 60%)) and a narrow molecular-weight distribution.
