SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dilithium initiator for anionic (co)polymerization. Initiator is a compound of general formula: Li-X-Li, where X is determined by one of following formulas: -B-C-B-, -D-, -A-D-A-, -A-B-C-B-A-, -B-A-D-A-B- or -B-A-B-C-B-A-B-, where "A" is a block formed by a branched or unbranched C4-C20 diene monomer, "B" is a block formed by a branched or unbranched C4-C20 diene monomer or alkylstyrene containing a heteroatom selected from silicon, nitrogen, phosphorus, tin; "C" is a block formed by alkenylstyrene C10-C40; "D" is a block formed by divinyl monomers containing a functional group, wherein the functional group of the divinyl monomer includes a heteroatom selected from nitrogen and silicon. Method for preparing a dilithium initiator and a method for preparing functionalized diene (co)polymers are also provided.

EFFECT: invention allows preparing functionalized diene (co)polymers characterized by a statistical distribution of monomer units, a high content of vinyl units, such as 1,2-butadiene and/or 3,4-isoprene units, and a narrow molecular weight distribution.
