SUBSTANCE: household appliance (1) contains a body (2) with a drum-washer (3) installed in it and faced to a hole (4) formed in the body (2); door (5) installed in the body (2) for movement between open and closed positions thus opening and closing the hole (4) respectively; electronic switch (35) for switching on or off and respectively for connection or disconnection of the household appliance (1) to/from power supply line (9). The household appliance (1) contains electronic safety switch (6) (30) (60) to detect either dangerous condition when the door (5) is opened within the period of temporary power cutoff or safety condition when the door (5) is not opened within the period of temporary power cutoff.
EFFECT: electronic safety system implements possibility of electronic switch selective blocking or releasing when dangerous or safety condition is detected respectively.
