SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical household appliances. The technical result is achieved by an electrical household appliance that comprises an electronic control unit fed by the power supply of low voltage, and a device for reduction of energy consumption by the household electrical appliance in the standby mode, which comprises: a bistable relay that switches by the low-voltage enable signal into the operation mode, including the power supply of low voltage, or switched by low voltage enable signal into the off state, by of switching off the power supply of low voltage; low-voltage capacitive power supply is made with the ability to generate low voltage enable signal; and a manually operated control device mounted between the low voltage capacitive power supply and the bistable relay, for supplying a low voltage enable signal at the bistable relay.

EFFECT: reduce of the power consumption in the standby mode.
