FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: test bench comprises a hydraulic cylinder being tested, a reciprocating mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a loading mechanism. The hydraulic cylinder being tested consists of a casing, a piston with a stem placed in the casing, covers and sleeve pipes with high pressure hoses. The casing of the tested hydraulic cylinder is pivotally coupled with the connecting rod of the reciprocating mechanism. The piston is coupled with the rotating mechanism shaft by the stem. The reciprocating mechanism consists of an electric motor and a crank fixed at its shaft and pivotally coupled with the connecting rod. The rotating mechanisms consists of an electric motor and a clutch conjugating the electric motor shaft and the hydraulic cylinder stem. The loading mechanism consists of a hydraulic cylinder with piston and stem spring-loaded by a spring, and an adjusting nut. Cavities of the loading hydraulic cylinder are filled with operating fluid and are communicated with the cavities of the hydraulic cylinder being tested.
