SUBSTANCE: retainer (10) of gas tank (2) vehicle (1) comprises at least one trough-like support (24, 25, 30, 31) to receive gas tank (2), at least one gas tank retaining band (34, 35, 38, 39) and at least one fastener (36, 37; 40, 41) wherein said band is secured by its first end to said support (24, 25, 30, 31). second end of band (34, 35, 38, 39) is secured to retainer (10) or allows attachment to vehicle body (42) so that band (34, 35; 38, 39) is secured thereat or attached to retainer (10) to revolve about two parallel axes (71, 72, 73, 74) perpendicular to band direction.
EFFECT: lower band wear, better protection.
