FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: in a functioning method of a topographic surveying vehicle in a control-and-correction station mode, which involves reception of satellite navigation information, correction of navigation information supplied from navigation space vehicles, which is executed in the mode of the control-and-correction station (CCS) having its own programme mathematical support, issuance of output navigation parameters and corrective information on signals of navigation space vehicles to external users via an independent data communication channel, a new feature is that at hardware implementation, when working configuration of CCS consists of the following main hardware blocks combined in one module: a reference station (RS) with a device for transfer of differential corrections, a control station (CS), an integral monitoring station (IMS) with a device for reception of differential corrections, the first stage includes control of CCS serviceability; the second stage includes reception by RS and IMS equipment of signals of all the space vehicles of the integrated navigation system (INS) GLONASS and GPS, which are located in visibility zone, where the reception includes request from RS for almanacs of INS GLONASS and GPS, request for scheduled coordinates and altitude of arrangement point of RS and IMS antenna, calculation of visibility of space vehicles of INS GLONASS and GPS as on current date, comparison of the number of space vehicles of INS GLONASS and GPS, which are tracked with RS and IMS receivers, with a design number of space vehicles; the third stage includes measurement of pseudoranges and carrier phase as to all received signals of INS GLONASS and GPS, timing connection of measurements to system scale of INS GLONASS (GPS), their recording at the specified rate and issuance in real time or at the request of the operator on the display device, formation of files out of received navigational messages of space vehicles, their recording and issuance for archiving, storage and submission in a text format; the fourth stage includes acquisition and formation of updating information for navigational signals of space vehicles of GLONASS and GPS, continuous analysis of quality of calculated and submitted updating information, issuance of updating information in real time to the device for transfer of differential corrections to the updating information transfer channel; the fifth stage includes determination of CCS coordinates in the mode of accumulation with data post-processing.

EFFECT: creation of a functioning method of a topographic surveying vehicle in the mode of control-and-correction station, which provides operating mode of navigation equipment of the topographic surveying vehicle and GLONASS users related to it in the specified area with precision accuracy of position measurement; formation of updating information including differential corrections and quality control of formed differential corrections, acquisition and processing of measurement, navigational and other information for the topographic surveying vehicle to perform designated tasks, recording, archiving of updating information, its issuance at the operator's request to a display device, documentation and automated transfer via an independent data communication channel.
