FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: method includes provision of information on navigation parameters from inertial and satellite navigation systems by means of combined or selective modes of operation in fields of various space navigation systems, interconnecting of signals of satellite and inertial navigation systems, as a result of which corrected parameters of navigation are found, as well as values of errors generated by the inertial navigation system. Interconnecting is carried out with account of information on parameters of location area point elevations on the route of the mobile object. Then error values are sent into the inertial navigation system to correct navigation parameters it generates in subsequent moments of time. Correction is made in the mode of a reference control-correction station, having its own mathematical software.
EFFECT: increased accuracy and efficiency of navigation systems.
