SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cold and hot water supply apparatus The cold and hot water dispenser includes cooling and heating means for water cooling and heating and contains a feeding pipe having a flow tract formed therein to ensure flow of water as well as a pair of support ribs formed in the longitudinal direction of the feeding pipe in the form of projections on such pipe outer surface. The dispenser contains a support groove formed between the support ribs, a temperature sensor mounted on the support ribs and a temperature regulation tube positioned inside or outside the feeding pipe along the feeding pipe longitudinal direction; the said tube contains a space for accommodation of means for cooling and heating of water flowing through the pipe with the help of such cooling or heating means. The protective section is positioned outside the feeding pipe and the temperature regulation tube and contains heat transfer fragments.
EFFECT: invention enables enhancement of cooling activity or heating efficiency, maximising the contact area and minimising the quantity of water intended for heating per unit of the temperature regulation tune area.
