SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting devices and may be used for shaving. The device contains a blade cartridge and a handle. The blade cartridge has a body, a connective structure, at least one blade, a hole and a protective element. The handle is designed as having an inner cavity to contain liquid. The handle contains a manually activated pump and a liquid release element. The liquid release element contains a channel having liquid communication to the pump and a hole at the release end. The pump activation leads to liquid displacement from the cavity through the hole onto or close to the body front surface.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of shaving ensured.
