FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking. Fir cone fragments are placed in mould heated to 160-200°C to be heated therein and timber cuts are placed thereon over the entire area of female die are pressed at 220 atm. Obtained material is withdrawn from the mould and cooled down for 30 minutes. After cooling, produced material is ground to required fancy pattern. After grinding, special turpentine-wax compound is applied on the product for protection against moisture and evaporation of volatile aromatic oils and resins.
EFFECT: time saving process, hygienic effects.
